I have cleaned the roof once and sealed it once and there is enough left to do it complete a second time.

I know this is an old thread, but chiming in for new readers. The LED light strip on ours, when we purchased the unit used, was mostly burnt out. Got s new one on Amazon ~$20.00. Use silicon to hold it in place, not only the adhesive on the LED strip. Connects near the bedroom door. Don’t get the multi-colour strip, there’s nowhere to mount the interface box that is required. The switch on ours is labelled ‘Porch’
