We had the same shower issue. First shower and water on the floor. Spent a few hours stripping out the silicone and resealing it. No problems. Remember there are low skilled/low paid people working on RV's everywhere. We get a basic TT and the rest is up to us to fix and modify. Sharpen your maintenance skills and get to work.
The caulking appears to be fine, but obviously there are only so many things it could be, as it only does it when the water is turned on and is hitting one side of the shower.
A mobile RV repair guy happened to be working on the rig across the street and I had him look at it. He decided it was the plugs on the wall that have those small inserts (look at your wall and you'll know what I'm talking about), but with the amount of water involved, I don't buy it. He busted out his slinky with camera and saw it coming down the wall but was unable to find the source. Said to take it to the dealer.
