I noticed right away FR kinda missed a light source above the control panel. Seems to me one would have walked into the camper and noticed you can't the words on the panel.
Why the switch?

My mod involved a $15 LED lamp w/switch from Walmart as I did not want to root around for power.

Now I need to light the insides of the pantry on the opposite side of the hallway.

I used a battery powered stick on LED light on the wall beside the control panel. also installed a pull chain switch in the light above the bed so DW could reach it without crawling onto the bed.

Yes I pulled off the panel power and added the switch because I already had the light and that was the easy place to put a switch.

I like all those suggestions. It's a wonder that Forest River review a few comments on this to see a few areas that need more attention. I also read someone had added another AC outlet on the right side of the sink. I would like to tackle that sometime. Anyone have any ideas how to do that?

I undid the wire at the breaker and pulled it back to the switch and ran a new wire from the switch to the breaker. If you pull the panels in front of the heater off you can see the wires in back of cabinet.
