I posted the same question when we bought ours.
We do the same thing as Wmoses. We keep the counter top extender up when we are camped and the trash can goes under it. When the slide is in, it goes in the area in front or the oven and sink.
Great trailer, by the way. We love ours!

Okay so it's a beautiful day and NO SNOW! So as we set up it rains. I'm beginning tithing camping is a requisite for odd weather.

The place we keep our garbage can is at the end of the counter, under where the extension would be, with the pedal facing the fridge for easy access to the food preparer. The one we have is a Better Homes and Gardens rectangular step-on can from Walmart
When the slides are in, this fits neatly in front of the sink with space to spare.

Okay here are the weekend pics. Saturday it rained all day and of course Sunday was awesome.
Had to push the TT back a little more than usual to get the slide off the patio. The power service was closer to the curb so I'm glad I had a longer power cord. When we were leaving another 27rlws pulled in. Seems to be a popular model.

Nice pictures. I sent a PM to BKJONES who never did come back and say if they made a decision on the 27RLWS ....

Punic table fit perfect. Plenty of room. Guess we love the lay out so much a picnic table didn't figure into the idea of the purchase. A 10x10 easy up could handle the picnic table as well. Since it rained all day Saturday, never sat at the picnic table or chairs. Was a tad cold too.

Awesome! Best of luck and safe travels.
Maybe we should just use this thread for discussion and pictures of this model trailer? We have the Rockwood version, but it's all the same.
We're heading out two weeks from Thursday for our first trip of the season. We are staying four nights at a state park about an hour away from home. Easter egg hunt!
We found a farmer with space in his giant barn and stored it there over the winter for $60/month. We normally store it for free in an uncovered lot at our dealer. With the winter we've had (60 inches of snow + ice), I'm glad we opted for the covered storage. The dealer said it is made to get wet and not to sweat it, but water seems to find its way in places and with a foot of snow melting on the roof, I would have been constantly worrying about it. The guy even took the battery off and kept it on a trickle charger for us!

Enjoy it. Ran into some local folks while camping that have a 27RLWS. This weekend was their first run in it. Couldn't resist stopping by and chatting for a bit.

27dlws
Wish I could change the title of the thread. Darn cell phone keyboards. Should have read, "27RLWS" not, 27DLWS". Who can change it? Any ideas?
