We also have the electric jacks and haven't noticed a problem with movement. Completely stable with no movement? No, but not any different than our previous TT with manual jacks. We always use wood blocks under the jacks.

We don't notice any motion that's different from any other TT. I don't run our stab Jacks all the way down and block them up with about five of the Lego blocks on each one. When possible I put a small section of 2X4 under the step to keep it from moving when you step down on the first step.
As for electric vs manual stab Jacks? Manual would set up faster with a drill than wait for the electric to go up and down. What a noise too.

We love ours with the electric stab jacks. No movement at all...we also use the x chocks...I usually go out and check everything a few ours after setup to ensure nothing has moved...we have received lots attention with ours when we go as my wife has decorated the interior Luke a house and people love the the decor....
