Very nice. I had considered something like that myself but as of yet had not had the time to look at it.

I was also considering doing something with the space under the bathroom sink.
The is a piece of panelling across it with way more space behind it. I would like to take it out but then need to close up and cover the holes at the back.

Not that we need more storage in this trailer but getting in the right places like your kitchen drawer.

I may also take the panelling pieces out of the corners of the front storage as well. Then foam in the holes and wire to protect the wires and prevent stuff from going down the holes. I should gain a few square feet of storage space.

Angry Stadium seating in 27RLWS

The 27RLWS is still on my "SHORT LIST" of trailers to consider. Does anyone know the exact interior width of the standard sofa FR is using in this trailer. I was hoping that perhaps the stadium seating units could be used there in lieu of the sleep sofa. However, I do not see whereas this is an available option in the 27RLWS. Don't know whether it would fit or not.

Just can't see my self enjoying a good show or movie from the standard sofa or booth-style dinette. Kind of a show stopper on this particular unit. There are just so many items to like about this layout and size but this is a stumbling block to consider.

Hi MH, I have this trailer and felt the same way. I don't recall the exact size of the slide but it's right at 70in. That was the figure I used while shopping for a theater seat option. I decided against the theater due to cost. There are options that will fit but in the $1300 range. Google rv furniture. There are a few out there. I opted for two recliner type chairs from Rooms to Go. Far less at a total of less than $500. They come unassembled and were easy to put together inside the unit. Click image for larger version

FR's website says the HAB sofa is 67" wide in the 2703WS.

The theater seating option is not available for that model. So Brazealnut4's idea might be the best you can do for that model.

If you can handle a 32' model TT, Rockwood's Signature Ultra Lite line has model 8325SS that's a similar layout for the living room with available theater seating but it has the regular dinette - looks like no option for a table and chairs or u-shaped dinette.

They also offer a 5th wheel model 8289WS

Wardrobe slide out.

This is weird!
I just got my rig from winter storage, where I had it covered all winter.
Got home to set it up and load for our first trip of the season. Everything works except for the wardrobe slide. Get this: As you stand at the control panel, when
I pushed to extend, the slide out started out then the right motor when in reverse.
Now both motors are working, but on extend, the left motor extends out while the right motor retracts, causing the slide out to twist and jam. When I got retract, the left motor retracts, but the right motor extends. For some reason, the right does the exact opposite of the left motor. Now the slideout is out a bit. To bring it in, I unplugged the right motor and hit retract. Then
I plugged the right motor back in an unplugged the left motor. Then
I hit extend, which brought the right side in.

Any ideas???

Trailer bottom skin

Two part question....

Anybody have trouble with the black poly type material bottom skin on their unit? I noticed that mine was coming loose on the rear driver's side, after our last short jaunt a couple of weeks back. The back of it is held on by 5 self tapping screws going through a plastic L bracket. Fortunately I discovered it before it started dragging down the highway. I used a large floor jack to hold it in place while I got it back in position and added 7 more larger self tapping screws across the back. (The original holes tore out).

The second part of my question concerns the unused brackets at the rear underneath. What are they for anyway? I am considering placing a 2 x 6 across the brackets the width of the trailer, as this would support the "bellying" down of the skin and prevent it from tearing loose again, and no additional holes would have to be drilled in the frame or crossmembers, as these brackets are drilled already for the addition of something, and this would only add a pound or two to the weight.
