Jacking Up Trailer

How are you jacking up your trailer to change tires? Have any of you successfully tried using the Trailer Aid to lift a wheel to change a flat?

We've used the trailer aid - single sided and double. Both times successfully. Once on horse trailer and once on RV. I recommend then in place other jacks that are available.
