Question 832IKBS frig size ??

By looking at the literature this unit comes with a 6 cubic foot frig. That won't make the wife happy. She says a 8 cubic foot or no deal. Does anyone know if there's a 8 cubic foot frig option for the 832IKBS trailer

Happy trails,
Bill B. (Michigan)

I have this trailer and I can't see a larger fridge even fitting in the slide.

Oh it can be done- just remove that drawer under the frig and a 8 footer would fit fine. I'm just wondering if anyone has had that done or even if Forest River would do it. other Mfgr's do it.

For two people a 6 cu ft is big enough. We had the same size in our Terry for 15 years and never felt it was too small.

Glad it worked for you but the wife says 8 foot- PERIOD...
We almost bought a 2013 314RES Enterra Cruiser trailer but the factory would not install a 8 ft. frig..
Oh well....

Happy trails,
Residential fridges are much larger because there's no coil and tubing in rear. All mechanics are in base and more compact. Take a ruler to Sears and see what will fit. I've seen 22 cuft in the same space as 12' gas fridges with four doors. Only other problem is batteries and inverter. BTW residential fridges are 1/3 the cost as well.
