I am retiring September 20th and tonight we made a deal on a 2013 F250 6.7L PowerStroke Crew.
Taking delivery on Monday and if all goes well will take delivery of the 8528RSWS in 3 or 4 weeks.
The 'old' 2012 F150 5.0L performed well with the 25DS, but it was just too small for us going forward.
Pics will be posted as soon as we get it all together.
Would you feel comfortable if your new truck is only rear wheel drive? I am thinking of the same combination but do not want a 4x4

There are a couple of campgrounds that we go to here in Colorado that have some fairly steep dirt roads. I've had to use 4 hi a more that once to make it all the way up. The diesel has so much torque that it can easily start spinning the rear wheels. I've watched many a person start up the hill and lose traction. They either kick it into 4 hi or back down and try to snake their way out another route which depending on the size of the rig can be very tricky.

Returned home today from a 2082 mile loop to visit our Atlanta based son and his family. We want to be home for the holidays with our other kids.
No major problems with new truck nor new 5r. Fireplace was used a lot to keep the evening chill off. Washed 5r (man that is a lot of trailer) and the truck and will winterize the 5r tomorrow and put it away for the winter.
