8529IKBS questions

I own a 2019 FR 8529RKBS 3-slides. the underneath of the bedroom slide has a hard plastic cover and rollers that glide it in and out.

The 2 big living area slides work differently using I guess a kind of track and guide system. The underneath of the 2 big slides do not have any kind of plastic underneath cover. They are both particle board and sprayed with a black paint? Is this normal?

It would seem to me this might cause an issue with moisture?
Does anyone else have a later model flagstaff and check to see if yours is the same as mine. I am concerned something might have been missed when this was built??

Thank-you for your help in this matter.

2019 FR Flagstaff Classic Slide concern

Hi DieselDodge,

thank-you for your reply.

I have attached several pictures. Picture "passenger side rear", the angle iron actually covers the plastic ski. the picture "Drivers side rear", the angle iron is cut and you can see the ski is sagging. Very concerned this ski will catch when extracting the slide.

I am the second owner and the passenger side front ski is missing. I am assuming that is what happened.

On your slides does the angle iron cover your ski(s) on each end?
