I bought an 8528IKWS 5th wheel this past winter. This is 1 st trip out with over 85 deg. Weather. The AC unit seems not to be cooling the unit. It's over 80 deg. Inside the unit Are the units to small for this camper or is the CandlouraAC unit not working. The unit is 3 years old.
Does the air feel cold at vents?
There are many threads about AC's not coping campers enough. It's entirely possible the AC unit is shot. It's also possible it's working the best it can.
Many variables
*Sun/shade
*Run it on high fan setting and direct dump feature if available
*check ductwork for leaks. Many of us found leaks at vents and even at the AC unit itself.
*make sure filter is clean

Many times my 40' fiver doesn't cool down the first day until after dark, even with two AC's and some shade.
