Had the same problem. Went to the hardware store and bought the smallest rubber washers/ O ring they had, one for each vent. Took the loovers off and then placed a rubber washer/O ring over the loover pin and re installed. Never again have I had a problem. I can close them, open them, gate them part way. No problem. There was a thread on this subject about a year ago. http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...open-7368.html . There were several solutions listed. Good luck.

That's a very clever idea.
Gotta write that one down.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, appreciate that. I meant to also put that it cost me about $2.00 and 15 minutes of my time. I have had no reason to drive 3 hours to and from the dealer for any reason since we bought our TT. I don't think I could even justify a phone call to get replacement vents.

What is the true dry weight of the Flagstaff 26WRB? The brochure lists 5774 lbs. RV capital Wholesalers lists dry weight 4766 lbs (2010 Model) I tow mine with a 2009 crewcab Colorado with 5 cylinder engine.
