Air mattress replacement

Have 2014 Flagstaff Super Light 26fkws that has an air mattress in the sofa. Any one ever replace this with something else more comfy without spending a fortune? We tried a replacement sofa bed mattress from Plush Beds but it wouldn't fold up in the sofa. Need a good nights sleep...help!

Bought my replacement at WallyWorld. Were on the large size and air mattresses do run by supportive weight. Cost, well, can you put a price on a good nights sleep? But, it does fit.

I replaced mine with another air mattress I bought off of Amazon. Not sure about how comfortable it is compared to the original.

Check the cap and make sure its sealed good before replacing the mattress, that was where mine was leaking. Also before you put another air mattress on the couch ck for staples or sharp edges that could have put a hole in the old one. I put a moving blanket under air mattress to make sure that nothing could get to it. Most of these air mattresses are very similar, thickness of the material is the biggest difference.

Mark0224...Good tip on the blanket. We have not used ours yet but I opened it up yesterday and am wondering what are you supposed to do with the 10 inch gap between the back of the couch and the wall when the bed is opened. Obviously no instructions on our PDI.

I'm planning on replacing the whole couch with a real hide-a-bed when the time comes.
