air vents in ceiling that broke on first outing

I have a bhss831 2014 . The ceiling vent are crap !Anyone else having issues with these?. I have two that I have broke. help.

Can you provide a little more information...what part of the ceiling vent broke and how did it break?

The ceiling directional fins that are made to turn in the socket. Well they stick and than the fins are so thin they brake off. There is nothing to hold on to when turning to a new direction. Dealer gave me a new one but its a little bigger cover plate and stands out compared with the other original one. can not seem to win. But it moves better but not ideal. thank s for input.
