Amp question

We have the Flagstaff 8528 IKWS with 2 AC's and fireplace. We have 50 amp service but 1 of the Campgrounds we are considering only has 30 amp service. What would be my limitations?

Usually with 30 amp service, you are limited to only one air conditioner.

These links may help as they have common appliance amp draws, as you need to keep your extended usage below the 30 amp mark:

Im in the same boat.. 50A rig, but i have never camped in a 50A campground.

One a/c at a time, No micro while ac is on, etc.

I have plans to install a Magnum Hybrid inverter to allow the batteries to help with the extra short term loads.

Unless 30A is the normal for you, just grin and bear it !

One A/C and run hot water on gas. You are going from 100 amps down to 30. The A/C itself takes almost half of the available current.

Any combination of things connected to 110v and appliances (including converter) that would add up to 30 amps.

The links wmtire posted should get you close approximations of amp draw.
