Bathroom Door when Slide is closed

The first thing I noticed on my 2015 Flagstaff 26' RBSS was when the dining/living room slide is closed, the bathroom door can't be opened as it opened towards the kitchen. The slide cover about 6 or 7" of the door.

I do believe the proper thing to do is to pull out all the staples from the trim, remove all the screws and flip the trim so that the stop is facing the washroom. Rescrew and staple and off we go.

Or on long road trips remove the pins from the door and put the door on the bed.

Now why didn't FR figure that out. I'm sure travelers on long road trip would rather use their facilities then public restrooms.
