Blk water tank flush

Our tank flush on brand new 2019 flaggstaff classic...is not working.
We have changed the check valve...with no success... looking for ideas and suggestions....has anyone else had this problem.

Just a thought, but you're certain that the check valve was installed the correct direction?

Have you looked down the toilet to see if there's any spray whatsoever coming out of it? You might be able to see spray head directly down the toilet pipe. Perhaps there's so much solid stuff stuck on the bottom of the tank it's blocking the spray head?

We tried that as well even used the wand to clean it all out....camp ground reported to us upon pump outs that no extra water came through even after first use

That doesn't mean it is adequately flushed out tho.

First thing I do when breaking camp is dump the black tank and then let the in-tank rinser run for about 20 min. We also fill the black tank to full or near full before opening the dump valve. It also helps to NOT scrimp on water when flushing. Trying to conserve water only makes it worse.

You should be able to look down the toilet and see the tank bottom using a flashlight. You'll know it's clean when you can see the ABS tanl floor and maybe some droplets of yellow ABS glue.

There are many shapes, sizes and configurations and a back-flush elbow will work well on some and little to not at all on others. That might be worth a try. Our back-flush elbow does nothing.

IF all else fails, you could try a chemical to soften and dislodge a buildup. Our owners manual says to use Liquid Drano (won't hurt metal or plastic.) We use it once or twice a year and have been for 5+ years no problem and it gets the tank back to factory clean condition.

First off its a new trailer...and we are seasonal...when we finished wanding we could see the bottom of the tank. We dont skimp on water....the water is not getting to the tank....

Also state regs prevent us from using a blue transport tank to the dump station so this issue must get solved

You did not list what type of trailer you have. Is your underbelly enclosed or open?

One other possibility is the hose from the water hose connection to the actual spray head on the tank has a hard kink in it. That "could" block the flow of water to the head. Can you see that water line (you may need to pull a small section of the underbelly down a little to peak in with a flashlight. You may have to do this on both sides of the trailer depending on where they mounted your spray head on the tank. You can tack it back up to the frame with a self tapping screw and washer if you do).

Also since you are wanding the tank clean, do you have one of those inexpensive "endoscope" inspection cameras for your cell phone ($25'ish on Amazon or ebay). Either one of those or a actual flexible inspection camera down the toilet opening would let you see the location of the spray head. Those endoscopes are waterproof so you could see if there was even a trickle coming out. Then check the water line to the head if it's hidden under an enclosed body. The endoscope would snake in via a very small opening by pulling a 1" section of underbelly down, just enough to snake in the inspection head.

Flagstaff Classic 2019 832ikbs....sealed underbelly....having dealer come out for all of that...warranty...

Okay, then another possibility is a kinked PEX pipe somewhere. We had that on a our TT when new but wasn't underneath where you can't see it.

Its available at camp supply stores..
Its a long wand that connects to a hose...insert into toilet after tank is drained to clean inside blk water tank

I had the same problem with our 21FBRS. The hose was kinked under the shower and was repaired by the dealer.
