Okay, then another possibility is a kinked PEX pipe somewhere. We had that on a our TT when new but wasn't underneath where you can't see it.

Newbie here, what wand? Is this an aftermarket buy or was I supposed to get one with my new Sonoma? Thanks in advance for instructing the new kid on the block!

I had the same problem with our 21FBRS. The hose was kinked under the shower and was repaired by the dealer.
