blocking on double axle trailer

for side to side level, if using 1 x 10 do you need to have 1 long enough to support both tires . I have one that is a few inches short, could I make 2 pieces of support for each tire.

I also have the lynx system too.

I use 2x10
A 1x may not hold up may split in the middle.
Also longer is better short ones tend to slip out or move.

fyi take a 4x4 and angle cut the ends till they fit between the two tires instead of throwing sticks of wood between them . works great !

Might want to try the X-chock..bought them for our RV..they work great and are very easy to use and look better that wood chocks...you will like them...

I LOVE my x chocks! Make the trailer 100 times more stable than regular chocks.
As for blocking, I guess you are referring to raising one side to level the trailer? A couple of 2xs and a couple 1xs should do the trick on just about any place.

I was asking about leveling side to side. I'll look into the x chocks In between the tires. Front to back is the tongue jack .
