Bubble in rubber roof

I found some water in the upper cabinets along the front wall of our camper, we have a front kitchen. Went up on the roof and found a bubble in the rubber roof at the marriage line of the front cap and the sealant is cracked which is why the water got in from a recent rain. I've reseated previous campers before and know that's part of preventive maintenance but I'm surprised by the bubble. I'm wondering if the front cap is flexing when I'm towing it down the road and this could be causing this issue. Has anyone dealt with this before? Hopefully there isn't any permanent damage. I have the extra year of FR warranty so I'm going to drop it off at the dealer and see what they say.

After the Labor Day camping trip I dropped the trailer off with the dealer. I received a call today and Forest River has approved repair under warranty, I'm on my 2nd year. They think they will have to pull the front cap loose so they can stretch the rubber roof and get it under the front cap. The tech believes they didn't put a gasket type of material under the metal strip that holds the cap and rubber roof down and the metal strip cut the rubber roof. He won't know for sure until he pulls the cap loose and investigates. I'm going to stop by there tomorrow afternoon and see if I can get some pictures with the cap pulled away and also I want to make sure there isn't any permanent water damage. My dealer, "Ron Hoover RV & Marine" in Rockport, TX has been great and the service department always treats me good.
