Any specific questions?

When you buy used it seems your buying someone elses problems.

Double and triple check for roof leaks

No specific questions come to mind,I do realize used is a gamble but it is from a dealer with good standings as far as I can tell,I read reviews on this brand and as with anything today some were happy with them and some not so happy, but will check for leaks, could not find any reviews on my model and tonight it is raining,so tomorrow is a good day for an inspection, thank you for the response.

Other than inspecting for water damage, check all the appliances to ensure that they work. Is the dealer offering any warranty whatsoever?

Biggest issues you hear on the forum from buying used is water damage. Leak check is important. IF there are slides, check the roof and sides, etc by pressing with your hand for any soft spots. Ditto for the floor, in all spots. Visually inspect with a bright light in all storage areas for any signs of water spotting/damage.

Go over that baby with a fine toothed comb. I would take it as a good sign that the dealer is offering a limited warranty and is willing to stand behind the unit.

Just be sure to get expectations in writing - what will their limited 30 day warranty cover, what will it not?

Also, check the tires for dates of manufacture. You will want to replace them if they are more than 5 yrs old and/or show any signs of cracking or damage.

Have the dealer grease the bearings for you before you take it home.

Their 30 day warranty isn't much good unless you're able to take it camping somewhere and fully check that everything is working satisfactorily. Is that possible even if it's only driveway camping.

I've never taken the dealer's extended warranty.
