carpet removal a few questions

OK I have a 2006 bumper pull flagstaff it has a slide and has linoleum in the kitchen area and bathroom and carpet everywhere else. So I have read that it should have linoleum everywhere under the carpet? I will probably leave the carpet on the slid out floor but will removing the carpet from the rest of the floor be OK ? As far as sliding the slide out in and out?

TOWTA wants to remove the carpet in the living room also and the slide doesn't leave marks in the carpet. I assume that means the carpet in front of the slide could be removed with no adverse effect?

As long as the (Nylon,Poly?) rub strips are good and adjusted up properly you (May?) be OK without that pcs of carpet in front of the slide? Don't Blame Me if you remove all of the carpet and go down the road and wear the Floor covering from (Road Movement)? Youroo!!
