The heck with blocking, jacking and more blocking alongside a highway or a street where people could and have killed drivers changing tires on RV's and TT's.
I purchased one of these products. Got rid of my 10 lb jack, my extra blocks and for the price of a few good steaks figured my life was worth one of these in my arsenal of toys to take on the road.
I found one of these on the side of the road about 2 weeks ago. I stopped quick and picked it up. Been thinking about buying one for awhile just couldnt bring myself to paying that much for it. But now i dont have to.

I used the same thing (yellow,so not the same) but it did not raise the other tire quite high enough to clear the ground. So I used the truck jack to get the tire just clear if the ground. I think if a square leveling block or two were used in conjunction it might be just enough.

They will not hold the weight of the trailer, they are only stabilizers, don't even try it.
