After you empty your grey tank and close it back up, run in some dishwashing detergent and a couple quarts to a gallon of water. The next few miles you drive will "slosh" the liquid all around and you will be about as clean as you are gonna get.
When you get stationary again, make sure to put a cup or two of water in every drain to re-fill the "P-Traps" (the "J"-shaped pipe under any sink, don't forget the shower) since between the process of previously emptying the tank, and driving somewhere, those traps will have emptied out and there is a path for tank smell to make it into your living space.
