Difficulty removing lens off LED lamps in Flagstaff 27 RLWS

My RV has LED lamps as shown below. If you have these lamps - What is the best way to remove the lens?

I need to remove the little styrofoam debris trapped there. Gently prying I was able to remove only one lens. The others hold on so firmly that I don't want to rip the fixture off the ceiling. I used a small screwdriver at the little slots (2 each side) but based on the design this is not the solution (hence the failure of the others). The slots are not where the little tabs on the inside of the lens are. Besides, the screwdriver puts little dents in the ceiling.

I think the lens itself comes off, not the entire fixture.

I want to remove the entire fixture over the bed, so I can drill a hole and install a pull chain switch so DW can reach it.

Actually when I did get the one to come off I looked closely at the inside. The clear lens is not separable from the white part. The entire thing you see in the picture is one assembly that fits over a steel base shaped similarly but slightly smaller.

Looking at the picture of the assembly, pry on the white part not the clear lens.
Wmoses is correct. When you do the prying put something between your pry tool and the ceiling. This will protect the ceiling from nasty pry marks.

That explains why I got one without the lens from Capt Mike when the techs at Goshen changed all of his out. The lens was missing from that one fixture. Evidently they didn't know either.

Thanks fonzie. This sounds hopeful. Don't know why they had to make it so difficult.
