Does driveway camping count?

We just finished some remodeling to the S/B home. So we had to spend 4 nights in the TT while the work was being done. Actually, it is stored in a building(garage of it's own) with full hookups.

So can I count these 4 nights as nights camped for the year?

I know this is a stupid question and fully expect stupid answers from(some certain individuals that will remain nameless).

What say you?

one of the many things posted for new owners is to spend the first night in their driveway, soooo I guess it does count....

camping at home

My DH thinks I am crazy for booking a campground that is 5 miles from our house for july 4th weekend. He has to work on Friday and Monday. I want to camp. Now we can do both.

Ours is 6 miles away, we stay 5-6 times a year. Sometimes I am on call for work. This allows us to do both camp and be on call$.

I consulted with my legal counsel and found that it is permissible to count those nights unless the nights are spent in a month ending in "Z".

I won many races like that as a kid!

Unless I get too many more saying it doesn't count, I'm counting these 4 nights!

But......I only slept 5 hours because I got up at 2:30 am to go to work.

I'm still counting them though.

count them you'er are in your camper, You have all the same issues as any other outing just closer to home. Some will say na, I wonder if they consider full hook ups at a groomed park camping? This is not a slam on those who make use of the great parks around this country.

Would there be a difference if you camped in your driveway or by the pond that you have on your 40 acres in the back yard ?????

Oh man I'm dreaming again

If you spent the night in a tent in your yard you would have counted that as camping, so go ahead and count those four nights!

If I sleep in the camper, it counts as camping.
