E-Pro feedback

Hi folks!
My wife and myself are both new to the camping world… As in never really done much camping of any type at all! :-) We are anxiously awaiting our E-Pro that should arrive in January.
We would love to hear your E-Pro stories, if you have any… How about the pros and cons?
Thanks in advance!
Happy Trails!

Congrats kid, mine should be delivered this month. Put your model in your signature line or something. Go to USER CP above and enter some info.

Sorry for the late reply. I think you will really like your new E-Pro, we sure like ours. However it would be worth your while to read the various posts of other owners who have encountered quality control issues. The trailer is a good design but the final product is far from well done. I believe that most of the issues stem from very poor initial installation of components. This is good in that the faults can be corrected relatively easily but do a very thorough check of your unit before you take delivery. The dealer should pick up on some of these issues at pdi but you need to make sure of it.

But, we like our trailer a lot. Now that our issues have been addressed we have not had any issues camping in it this past summer. Enjoy.

So far only issues I've discovered:

During pickup, PDI:
Water filter canister crap mounting, they did not pre-drill tiny wood strip it was mounted to and it was split in half (the wood strip)

Black water flush hose kinked just before entering black tank

Also found after I got home, because no batteries were installed during my PDI; no power from roof solar panel. Discovered loose input wire from panel going into controller.

Will be keeping an eye on the other issues folks have discovered. Alas, will have to wait for Spring for shake down cruise.

Since the trailer has electric brakes, the dealer should have refused you taking the trailer. The trailer breakaway switch needs battery power to work.

Thanks very much for sharing these issues. I have put them in my list of things to check for during the walk-through. Very helpful!
Thanks,
Dave

Dan, I installed the batteries in the parking lot, as I knew the break away brakes required them. But by the time I got done with that, it was dark and raining, so I had no time to test all the battery related systems at the time.

2019 E-Pro Owners- A question pls?

Hi folks!
We were wondering if any 2019 EPro owners have had time to check out how long the furnace fan will run on battery without solar?
Thanks!!!
