Electric Fireplace

High temp today was 97 so I have a question about the fireplace in my 2012 V Lite. There is a light type switch near the entrance door by the floor than switches between the fireplace and the microwave. This keeps me from using both at the same time. No big deal for me. My fireplace manual states it is a Therma Heat fireplace Model FP23-01R, 1400 Watts. I'm no electrician, could somebody tell me how many amps that is? If the blower is not on and no heat is being dispersed, how many amps is just the flame image using? Just trying to watch my amp usage. Sure could use some rain in south Mississippi!

That's a lot of 666's! Does that resemble heat?

Seriously, is that 12 amps? What about the flame picture?

It's a 120vac heater

1400/120=11.7 amps (rounded)
