First night in camper!

Finally spent a night in our camper. Grandkids (Girls 3 & 5) were here and wanted to try it out. Only in the driveway but still fun. Bed slept pretty good although I see a mattress upgrade in the future. Temp got down to 36 but furnace kept us warm. Chief complaint? Noisy furnace fan. Will start looking for an electric heater. Next trip planned for Roan Mtn State Park in a couple weeks. Only 5 miles away. Looking forward to summer when DW is out of school to really start camping.

I hear you about the furnace fan. Its a bit loud and we have the same helps to have the AC fan on low if you are hooked up...kind of dulls the furnace noise.

An electric heater won't be a loud as the furnace AND it will save you
$$$ on LP. We always use an electric heater when we have hookups at the campground.

Happy Camping!!

We use our elec. heater a lot...If you buy one , make sure it has a
tip-over safety off feature on it.
