Just got back from a week of camping with our grandchildren in our 2014 27RLWS. We love it and have no complaints. All the storage made packing toys and clothes for little ones a breeze.

Another question. Could not find any info on 27RLWS brakes in the owners manual nor web site. Does the 27RLWS have brakes on all 4 wheels (both axles)? Are they drum or disk? Thx, Dan

They would be drum.
Crawl underneath and look at axles and if there's a backing plate and a drum then you have brakes on that axle.

Normally You can see drum thru the wheel.

Dan,

Just looked under my brand new 27RLWS and can confirm that there are 4 drum brakes.

We have the Rockwood version of this trailer, the 2703WS, and we love it.

If you don't need the extra sleeping capacity of a bunkhouse, I think this is by far the best floor plan available. We often camp with friends and family (who have their own rigs) and the large living area is great when entertaining.

I could not agree more. It is just the two of us so we don't need any bunks, but if we have our daughter and granddaughter over they can sleep on the sofabed. Would not want anyone else in the RV at the same time, but if I did I could also put another couple on the dinette.

We often camp with another couple (in their own accommodations) but frequently have them over for supper and this floorplan is great for entertaining / eating and serving a buffet, if that was our desire.

One thing I notice about this RV is the challenge to place the toilet roll and towel racks (2) in the bathroom. Anyone solve this problem? My RV came with 1 each toilet roll and towel rack and I can guess why.

This is what my wife and I have settled on as well. Looks like a great floor plan for us. I work on the road and we are wanting to get away from renting, dealing with leases and pet acceptance. I will pretty much be full time except for 2-3 months down time between jobs a year. My wife mostly will be there except when she goes to see the kids and grand kids. Also seems to be very light for having 3 slides which is great because I have a half ton for now. I will be upgrading to a duramax in the future to make moves easier on myself and the truck. Hopefully Ill be in one of these tt around the first of the year

Great choice. Please let us know when you get it and how you like it when you are full-timing in it as you work.

For the TP holder, I went to Walmart and bought an over the door holder and hung it below the door of the closet in the bathroom; there is nowhere solid wall or out of the way place for towel bar
