I have a Rockwood now and tried to get the Rockwood but... Every dealer in Georgia didn't want to deal? Around 33 out the door?

Good luck! We bought 2015 832IKBS diamond package, gave us a full cover & adding a 2nd fantastic fan - it's going in master bedroom. $37,000 out the door. Also, I'm not happy w/cloth sofa since I think it cheapens it next to lane swivel recliners so he's switching out for a leather when new RV w/one arrives. Our unit has fireplace too. I do think we may have overpaid a bit (maybe), but...we were in w/dealer with them having our deposit on an open range. Not taking home until 3/2015

We have owned the 2014 Flagstaff 832IKBS with diamond package since Oct. 2014. Have had absolutely no warranty work required or any problems with it. Very pleased!

We are in the middle of a 21 day stay with our 832IKBS in the Smokies and are staying in quite a bit due to the colder weather the last couple of days. Used the tank heaters last night and noticed the converter cycles on and off quite a bit (WFCO).

We have a free standing ceramic heater for the bedroom and are using the fireplace to heat the living area. Between the two, the furnace does not come on unless it gets down into the low thirties. The 50 amp service splits the system a little better so no worries of tripping a breaker when using the fireplace, heater and a heating pad and or the toaster and microwave so far.

Second trip since our purchase on 6/30 and are quite happy except for the bouncy frame (even with x-chocks) compared to our older TT. The double slides in the rear make it quite roomy. We used the air bed for 6 nights when our son came two visit and he found it quite comfortable. (There is a video on how to set it up on youtube since the dealer never showed us.)

The China Bombs are holding up ok but we monitor with the TST TPMS and keep the speed in the 55-60 range. There will be about 3000 miles on them when we get back and will probably change out to the Maxxis load range D tires before we head out again just to be safe.

Rig tows nicely with the Equalizer 12000/1200 but as other state, the hitch is a bit noisy when maneuvering in parking lots or camp grounds even with the Equal-i-zer Sway Bracket Jacket 95-01-5150 which does help a bit.

I am sure you will love yours when you get it in March. The only thing I wish we had ordered was the double pane windows.

My only complaint is FR put all the Kitchen and Living Room outlets on one breaker and GFI.
We didn't get the fireplace and I like the extra cabinets, but one morning we had a coffee pot and space heater going then my wife set up the crock pot and popped the breaker. Microwave is on its own breaker so its no problem and your fireplace may be as well.

There is space for another double breaker, and I'm planning on wiring the outlet to the left of the sink and perhaps also the outlet at the end of the island on their own breaker and GFI.
Generous supply of outlets but with two legs of 50amp available, FR should have provided two GFI circuits at each end of the trailer.

We have a 2014 832IKBS, and between last fall and this summer, we've spent over 10 weeks in it (retired). We have every option offered with the Platinum Package, I believe, expect dual-pane windows, and our out-the-door price was $29,999. MSRP was right at $39K.

What sold us was the large kitchen, island with stools, and twin leather recliners, along with the electric fireplace and other features. It pulls easily (Equal-I-Zer hitch), doesn't move around in the wind, and the torsion bar axles seem to work very well. We've towed it well over 5,000 miles, and just winterized yesterday.

Would we purchase it again? Absolutely. Love the free-standing table and chairs, and we went with the cherry wood interior.

No issues to report. We've camped several times in below freezing temps (winter package), and the fireplace and a small infrared heater in the bedroom has kept the chill away. During nights in the 20's, the furnace cycles about as often as the one in our home.

The Fan-Tastic Fans work just like a whole-house fan, and we're sold on them. I think you'll be pleased.

On your GFCI outlets. The outlet closes to the panel is most often a GFCI with other outlets in the circuit following it. The one GFCI then works for all of the outlets. However, if you check the back or the outlet you'll see a wiring diagram of which insert receives the homerun wire and which receive the trailers. Do it wrong and the GFCI which saves lives...is useless.

I love the floorplan of the 832IKBS and am looking hard at this model for our next camper, but my main concern is giving up my pass thru storage bay in the front of the camper. does the 832IKBS have enough other storage compartments to make up for the loss?

Without measuring it I am going to say the outside compartment is at least 4' wide by 6' deep which is probably as much as the pass thru in front of most TT's. We have enough room for three totes full of water, sewer and electrical stuff, three more empty ones stacked together, tv trays, laundry stuff, two camp chairs and more. So yes, I think there is enough. Even though we had more external compartments in our old TT the 832IKBS has more storage inside.

The only item I carry in the bed of the truck is the 30' 50 amp extension cord since it is so bulky.

A salesman for an a Coachman Apex 279. RL told me that the Flagstaff 832 and Rockwood 8329 ss had nicer furniture but the Coachman had better overall quality in construction. Your thoughts? I don't want to believe him.

Your first sentence says it all,"Coachmen salesman". I am presuming he does not sell Flagstaff/Rockwood. All have the same warranty, compare the specifications and buy the floorplan that suits you the best. Might want to go to a home show where you can compare side by side.
