Flagstaff 8528i Refrigerator

The refrigerator is located in one of the slide outs which means they cannot vent it through the roof. The installed a second vent at the top of the refrigerator so there are 2 removable vent covers outside. We started to hear a loud humming noise like the fridge was running a lot. It turns out they had to install fans behind the fridge to help vent the hot air and it comes on when it reaches an 80 deg temp which is basically all the time. The fan is similar to a fan used in computers to keep them cool. Going to try and get it replaced and add insulation. I think they already put rubber grommets and insulation on another trailer complaining of the same issue already. Just an fyi to other owners.

Up grade to a quality ball bearing fan and you'll be fine.
