Ours has been vitually trouble free, and the quality of fit and finish is very good.
But one word of warning, don`t jump up and down on the floor in the living area, as they only used a thin layer of plywood over the flooring joists. I have heard complaints about the floor flexing and compressing the styrofoam under the plywood flooring, which eventually leads to sags and soft spots.
The factory apparently thought this was a great weight-saving idea, but I think it was extremely stupid. I would have welcomed another hundred pounds of plywood if it meant having a solid floor.
Sometimes you have to wonder how smart these guys really are.
