Flagstaff Micro-Lite 18 FBRS - Tacoma Towed

Hello Everyone, It has been almost 5 months since we purchased our Flagstaff Micro-Lite 18 FBRS TT and finally we were able to get some time to take it out on its maiden voyage. Our first camping trip (May 2-9) is at Devils Fork Campground located in Lake Jocassee State Park SC. I towed this camper with a 2012 V6 Tacoma 4x4 Sport with the tow package and it did better than I expected. My only complaint, so far, with the TT was that the slide did not work. After some searching and tracing of the electrical wiring I found near the front of the TT a inline 20 amp fuse that was blown.
I replaced it and the slide seems to be working now. I do worry that I may blow this fuse again because I do not feel that the slide out mechanism is very well designed. I have attached a pic of my set up at Jocassee.

Good luck on the slide issue, don't let it ruin your trip. Good looking setup, enjoy your stay!

If the fuse blows again, maybe replace with auto resetting circuit breaker.

Out slides are 30amp fuses ad I have blown one already. Did it when I was moving some wires around to get them untangled underneath. Guess I should have pulled the fuse before I started pulling wires off. Good luck with your new TT.
