Flip down travel rack

I have a new 26' ulta lite Flagstaff that I'm looking to place a Flip down travel rack onto the rear bumper. Besides my dealer, where could I find one?
Thanks in advance,
Life is good

the key word is "ultra-lite". your bumper will barely support the tire and will NOT support a tray that sticks out away from the trailer.
the only way to do this, is to have a receiver welded AND braced to the frame and the bumper.
but, be forewarned, this mod will probably void your frame warranty. that has come from the companies.
motorhomes, 5th wheels and non ultralite trailers have stronger frames that can support such weights. your trailer doesn't have shocks and the bouncing will cause the bumper welds to fail.

your question is asked constantly and there are thousands of posts about it, mainly related to bike racks.
a quick search on the subject will give you days of reading.
