floor delaminating

I had a few leaks that I have corrected with eterna bond but now I am noticing that the laminate floor in the bathroom is pushing up and very soft. I might also have a leak from the toilet (I cant tell for sure) When I step right in front of the toilet it is soft and the toilet moves down with my step and there is about a 12-18" section where the laminate feels like it has popped up. Is there a way to fix this? Also, prior to fixing the leaks I noticed that around the seams on the ceiling in the bathroom are all brown leading me to believe the wood in my roof might be bad. Do I just let that go since I think I got the leak or is it totally shot and needs to be replaced? Thanks for the help!

Water is the enemy for sure.
If the floor is already destroyed your choices are pretty limited.
for you.
