Four Season Package

I have a 2010 Flagstaff WRKSS. This is our first winter with the unit and because of the mild winters in west central Georgia we hope to use it year round. I am not sure what the four season package consist of or how much protection it may offer during the coldest days. I am trying to avoid complete weatherization of the unit with RV antifreeze if possible. Thanks for any info you can provide regarding the four season package and protection.

My four seasons package consisted of tank heaters, heated sewer pipe outlets and enclosed and insulated under body

Thanks, that is what I was thinking, but was not sure....if the tem drops dramatically while its sitting in the drive, I guess I could turn that on to help protect the system from freezing

Howdy!

We have a 2011 28RKWS 5er and have used it several times with the temps under 20 in the mountains of Colorado. If it gets below 20 we turn on our tank heaters and run our heat and have not had a problem. We do disconnect our water hose from the RV, or tend to leave a drip in our galley tank.

My DW is a camphost and we have hosted in several different Parks in Colorado to date.

We will be leaving Jan. 10, 2012 for Georgia (Fort Mountain SP) to host through the end of March.

We have had 4 different RV's and never had to use antifreeze as of yet! Knock on wood, lol!

Take care and have fun camping!
