Like pulling (Hens teeth) getting Info! He has a (30wrls)-(2012-year). Don't know if it was bought New,if used how it was used? Front frame failure where it connects to a (A-Frame) is most often a case of (Overload in the Tongue area)! There is more to this Story? Youroo!!

I would have to agree. Usually there is.
On these lite trailer proper weight and balance is essential. It is good to take your unit over the scales before and after you load up of a long trip. Living here in Alberta Canada we have a lot of issues with frost heaving of the highways in the spring and summer. As the frost thaws from the winter it will cause the pavement to buckle. This makes it very hard on the hitch. I have found that it pays to take the extra step and to check.
Frame rail visual inspections should be part of our regular maintenance. They don't usually fail with out any warning.

With the enclosed underbelly it is Difficult to perform a Visual on the Main Frame. The A-frame area is open. The (Enclosed Underbelly) covers up a (Multitude of Sins),Wireing, plumming,Tank supports,Welds, and Cracks? The Rear Lounge units had a Sidewall Crack problem that was (Corrected?) by moving the Axles back 8in and Beefing up the walls at the top corners of the Slides! Youroo!!

It is a 30wrls
I found it when backing up and unhooking. Dexter frame and axle made the frame Lippert frame company bought Dexter.

So you saw it unhooking. Did you hear a pop? Did you feel a bounce? Did you put the TT in a bind when backing? Or, when you saw 1 crack, you started looking and found more? Imagine we are the insurance claims adjuster or FR and you are explaining the problems.

Just call the NHTSA when they see it they will let Lippert know what to do, either fix it and recall all for a check, you may find you are far from being the only one, it does not matter how cheaply made the frame or whole unit is it must meet road safety standards.
