fresh water drain

I cant seem to find the drain valve for the fresh water tank on my v-lite 30wrls. I found a blue line under the rv but no valve. do I have to run the pump to get the water out?

no other tubes below ? They hide them very well !
sometimes if you see a hose below the valve is inside directly above !
in theory you should have three hoses total below .
2 low point drains and one fresh water drain .
and sometimes a fresh water overflow .

found it

had to take the panel off that has a heater vent on it, just to the left of the fresh water tank, has a pull valve right at the floor. Also found out I have a fresh water filter stuck in there too and the water pumps in there.
