Fresh water tank issue

I have a problem with my fresh water tank supports. DW and I went camping this weekend and I crawled under the camper to look things over ( we have a 2011 23LB) and I discovered that the front support for the fresh water tank is bowed down to the point that I can stick my hand between the top of the tank and the floor of the camper. The back side seems to be OK for now. I need some advice on how to fix this.

Do you own a welder? Will the tank fall complely out? Maybe? Possibly? Who the hell knows?

All I know is I contacted LCI who makes the frames and the support rack. They said it should not of deflected like that. They said in my case, on a 2017 Roo, its covered under their frame warranty. That is their frame warranty that you can not find a copy of the terms of anywhere. I have requested it directly from then 3 times and all I have received is silence. They told me to take it to a "dealer" or "service center" but would not recommend a local one. When I inquired about if I went that route what would they recommend to correct the issue, or if I could correct it myself, thats when all responses stopped. They have an ongoing issue and evidently feel ignoring it is the solution. They evidently don't want you touching it. Funny, I can weld better than anything I have seen on any of their frames.

I could of taken it back to the dealer and most likely lost the use of it for most of the season. I'm not doing that especially in light of LCI wanting to be so damn secretive about the situation. Something is not right. The LCI legal department must spend a lot of time instructing their employees what to say on the phone, what not to say, and when to just ignore people.

You do want some space above that tank regardless. I feel that Rockwood is wrong jamming them in tight to the underside of the floor. When you correct it leave 1/2" at least, preferably a little more, above the tank.

fresh water tank issues

ok, i pretty much answered my own question here. I lowered my belly pan on my tt and inspected the rails that has been causing problems on the roo's fresh water tank. My ultra lite has the thick rails in it so there shouldn't be any problems with the tank sagging or falling out.
Great new for ultra lite owners!
