Help with purchase of used Flagstaff please.

I am looking at purchasing a 2014 Flagstaff 8524cbs and have a question. Along the outside wall of the dinette slide are several bolt heads that look like the heads of black carriage bolts. They go down through the carpet and I am wondering what they are for? This dinette has a table and chairs as opposed to the booth that is how I’m able to see the bolts. Also the dinette slide has a geared track underneath while the small wardrobe slide has cables. Any info on this or things I should be looking for before purchasing will be appreciated. Thanks
