Mine measures between 19-20 inches. Can't vouch for it being exactly level, but it is visually level in my driveway. This is a great unit for two people. It's my favorite of a half dozen or so we've owned, including one that cost ten times as much (yeah that was a huge mistake). Enjoy.

Dealer said 22 but that sounded awful high to me for a small camper. This is our first TT Have owned a class c, and two fifthwheels. Just me and the lady and our fifth was just too big, think we might use a smaller one more. Our first new one, others were someones problems they wanted rid of.
