Can anyone tell me why my tongue light would not work? The hitch works but light won’t come on?? If I need to replace it, where can I get one??

How do you know the switch works? Did you test it with a meter, very often the reason for lights not working are the ground connections.

How do I take the switch off to check? I have a meter.

Assuming your switch in in the power head of the tongue jack you can remove the screws holding the plastic on the power head and get at the back of the switch to test it without removing it from the plastic (my first choice) or you can pop the switch out of the plastic and then test it. also you should follow the wiring to the lights to ensure it is intact.
