Hot Water (gas electric option switch)

My friend has a Fleetwood TT. He has no hot water at this time. I checked the HW unit and there's no electricity. Pulled the wall selector switch, gas or electric) and no power; its an Atwood. Any suggestions????

It is, possible given the time of the year and unless I missed it nothing was posted about having hot water before.
