Did your Flagstaff come with the cord that way...of did you MODIFY it?

I've seen the kits, and am thinking it would be great for my seasonal setup. Give ants one less entrance. Was it hard? Easy? Expensive?

You bought the dealer's mom's trailer? How coincidental ... one of our local dealers has sold a total of 38 trailers all owned by his mom. She apparently liked owning several at a time I guess.

Seriously, that is a nice unit. I do like the way the tanks sit close to the unit... I could build a deck in the space between my tanks and the trailer.

My dad-in-law's new 36 has the power cord that way too, straight from the factory. It sure beats my wrestling with my massive thing.. though my arms are nicely toned from putting it away for the winter.

Mom owns the dealership

I guess if his Mom actually owns the dealership then she owns all of the units. It may not actually be a lie, just a stretch of the truth. Don't ever forget "RV salesmen are just used car salesmen that like camp fires"

I left my cord connected to the power post at the end of the season.
Any reason why not? No ants in the off-season here.

Thinking About Flagstaff Purchase

My husband and I are going tomorrow to look at two different 2015's-the Flagstaff 831bhws and the 832bhikws. Any concerns with either of those units? Our other choice is a Hill Country (Crossroads) 33bd. I have made charts, read and read but still not sure-
Would appreciate any advice-
