Kitchen Cabinet Door Split

So..........what the heck is up with this? Took delivery this "ordered" 2014 27RLWS Emerald Edition in Jan 2014. Found this split door the other morning..... Really???
Mind you the humidity's been low for a while now and when it isn't, the AC is on whether we are there or not.
It split at the staples and pulled away from the glue.....couldn't get it back together without removing the side "space balls" for the raised panel. Obviously put together way to tight, plain & simple, the "space balls" were flattened like small pancakes.
This unit's loaded with cabinets.....wonder when the next will come apart, keep the clamps and glue handy.....

You certainly did a nice job fixing it! I personally think it was a fluke. You probably won't have to do that again.
