Leveling observation.

Is it typical for the 8528 ikws to always need to be raised on the kitchen side. Or is this only a coincidence.? I'm sure you veterans can answer this question.

Probably coincidence, however a tt with slides only on one side tend to lean that way with slide out.

If you have to raise it slightly every time you go to level then it isn't coincidence.
I've read multiple threads stating some folks have to do this to be dead on level once the slides are out on units with multiple slides.

In my case, I have a similar floor plan to yours (8529IKBS) but really hate to compare apples to apples since I have two slides on the kitchen slide. Yours has two on the door side. None the less... I have to raise my kitchen side slightly to be dead on level with all three slides extended.

I always have to compensate for the slides when leveling.

On our last unit, which only had one slide, I had to add 1" even on perfectly level sites to compensate for the slide when out.

It is, although most recommendations say you should do the leveling before extending the slides so there is no twist/bind that would hamper the slide operation.

EDIT:
For those without a level-up or similar system... I don't believe I'd want to be pulling forward/backing up onto boards/levelers with the slides in the extended position if one side needed to be raised.

I also have the 8528 Ikws and have found I always need to put a four foot two by six on kitchen slide to be level but I'm ok with it it makes it easy

if one side is always 1" low w/ the slides out then you know to level it with that side 1" high.

Another consideration at many campgrounds I've been to are spots are not level but sloped a bit to allow water run off. If sloped back to front it won't matter but it's hilly here and many slope to one side.

I also have 2 slides on the curb side which requires me to have that side 1" higher before putting the slides out. The DW is my bubble watcher so to prevent confusion or differences of opinion I mounted the level so the bubble is in the middle when I have the curb side 1" high. With the slides out the bubble no longer shows level but the trailer is actually level.
