I had to ask the same question about my 21DS. I couldn't find it until one member said you have to literally lay on the ground to see it. The drains are tucked up against the outside wall and fairing. The only way to see them is to get underneath the RV and look up.

The low point drains on my Mini Lite 2503S hang down right behind the left rear tire:
