Micro Lite 21FBRS DVD problems

OK, I cant get our DVD to work on our 2016 Micro Lite 21FBRS. I can hear it over the speakers but can't get a picture. The manual doesn't really tell you anything I called Camping World in Tallahassee where we bought it and they said it would take weeks to get it fixed. It might be a operator problem or a simple fix . Is there anyone out there able to help me? Thank you

Is the TV set to the correct hdmi input?

I'm not sure what it should be set on, I don't see anything in the manual about it

Try hdmi 1 if that does not work put it on hdmi 2. Any by the way, throw out the manual it's worthless anyway. You have several inputs. Antenna, hdmi 1, hdmi 2, ect. You need to see what is hooked up to what. On the back of the tv are the inputs. what source is plugged into what input?

OK I went out there and looked, I have a black cable going into HDM1 and a red and white one going into L-IN-R AND L-OUT-R nothing is going into the yellow video in

So put the tv on hdm1

You are going to have to pull the radio and see if the cable is plugged in to the back

Ok thanks, I popped the sides off and seen 4 screws but they look like they might have special heads on them. The unit has a iRV Technologies AM/FM/CD/DVD player in it. I guess I will just have to take it in and wait weeks for them to fix it. Thank you for your help

Don't go to the dealer on this one. Clueless. Go directly to Furion. Their customer support is awesome. Bought the same unit at CW Tallahassee with same experience and I go directly to the manufacturer with great success.

The red and white are left and right audio. The yellow is the video feed. If it isn't plugged in than that is the problem. If you get a cable and plug it in, then set it to the correct source it should work. If not, there is one of three problems, bad tv at plug in. Bad DVD player or bad yellow cable.

what kind of TV do you have if you have a samsung you have to have a mini rca jack you can get then a walmart
