MicroLite 21FBRS Slide issue

When extending the slide on the MicroLite 21FBRS, it tilts up, slides then tilts back level once it is fully extended. Mine is now extending fully and meeting the wall at the bottom but there is an inch gap at the top now like it doesn't finish the tip back down on the extention. I checked the manual. It makes it sound like there is an adjustment for this. Does anyone know what this adjustment is and how to do it. I can still use it and it slides back in fully.
If it's an easy adjustment, I would like to do it. From the outside you can definitely see that it hasn't tipped all the way out at the top.
If someone can explain how the tip/slide process works on this unit, I would like that too. I can't see how it does the tip..thanks!

Have you greased it or done any maintenance on it?

As you open it, push the top out. Takes 2 people to open it then, but will work fine. "PEACE"

Have you tried just pulling in back in and extending it again? This slide is only supported from front to rear (of the trailer) by the drive mechanism and two rollers; which causes it to rock as it moves over the single balance point. In other words, it's not supported by rails but is set up more like a see-saw. Mine will hang up like yours occasionally and leave a small gap at the top. Cycling it back in and out fixes it for me. Hope this helps.

I have cycled it in and out many times and it always leaves a little gap at the top. It's not bad..it just seems like it should be flush. I've tried pushing on it but not very hard.
Is there a greasing procedure that should be done to the motor and shafts? There is lots of grease down there on the parts. I can certainly add more where I see it now but wondering if it needs to be squished into any other places or bearings?
