Motor to hitch is not working

HELP PLEASE!!! We have a Flagstaff Super Classic Travel Trailer 2011.
When we returned home this evening and was unhooking the trailer from SUV, the motor for the hitch lift system stopped working. ( the metal rod is extended to the ground and will not lift back up...no power to the extend or retract buttons). Does anyone know how to manually lift or lower this? or anything else we can try to get the power working in it again? We can not pull it back off the property to get it checked out. Unfortunately, can not locate the owners manual

Loosen and tighten the 3 attaching bolts. You may have lost ground due to rust, etc.

You tried running it while still plugged in to your TV with the engine running?

There are other possible issues you can check, but if you're in a hurry you should find a rubber cover of sorts somewhere on the head. Under it, you should find a hex drive nut where you can use a ratchet to operate it manually.

The hex nut may be buried under a wad of grease.

If it is an LCI, it should have a 30amp fuse between the motor and your battery (usually on the wire itself). That could be blown. It should also have a rubber stopper that can be removed on top to raise/lower it manually.
